Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while Express shipping takes 1-2 business days for most metropolitan areas. Please allow additional time during peak sale periods.
Can I return an online purchase in-store?
Yes, online purchases can be returned to any KOOKAÏ boutique in Australia for an exchange or boutique credit. Refunds for online orders must be processed through our online returns portal.
